basically my hair has been dyed alot some might say and now its brown and i want to go bonde so i posted a question on here and had some really good answers people said to go to a pro and get the colour stripped out and then have it dyed blonde will they b able to do this if my hair is a little bit damaged ?

Has somebody actually told you your hair is damaged? I ask this because I used to dye my hair all the time when I was younger and I still dye it now, but not as harsh colours and my hair is in great condition. Most dyes are good for the hair, it's only bleaching that damages as it has no good things in it that help repair and moisurise.

i was in exactly the same position as you (just different colour) i went to the hairdressers and felt there was little hope. they gave me an intensive conditioning treatment and sat me under heat for a while, then re did my hair, the transformation was amazing, and a small price to pay for total revival of my hair, go speak to them, they are the experts. Im going of my hair doing blonde on saturday and i am dark brown, i explained this to the hairdresser and they didn't say anything, it'll have to be bleached if you go blonde but thats mostly what happens when anyone goes blonde. I'd say go for it, if the hairdresser doesn't think it'll take then they wont do it. I've gone from brunette to blonde before and it turned out great. Just go with foils rather than cap. It will look fresher.

If your hair is damaged, forget about dyeing it. It will only make it worse. Condition your hair and wait until it is healthy again, then dye it.

You can buy shampoos and conditioners that she recommends as well, and lay off the blow dryer and curling and flat irons as much as possible to reduce damage. If you can find a stylist that uses Redken Shades EQ they should be able to restore your hair to blonde and maintain or even improve the condition of your hair. why bother they will just use harsh products on your hair to strip it. use nice/n/easy number ninety eight it has extra lightning, that's what i use and it is mild.my hair is in great condition. ive been using the same one for over fifteen year's.
