Yes it will lighten your hair if you use it regularly. But it also is a PH change in your hair so going out in the sun with it will lighten your hair but also make some damage to it. If you are blond or brunette is will be noticeable.

It really barely lightens it....don't expect results that you can really see. Works best on already blonde hair. Won't show up at all on dark hair.

if you have dark brown hair it will nto help much maybe make it look a little lighter in the sun but thats about it...blonde or a lighter colored brown will bring out some highlights
