I want to dye my hair blonde??

ok so ive just got normal plain brown hair and i'm sick of it so i wanted to dye it blonde. well maybe, not all of it, but at least the top. what should i ask for? highlights? flashes? i dont know what i would suit. help? pictures referring to what kind of work has been done would be appreciated.

when I was younger i highlighted my hair blonde

and that looks more natural

but i got sick of natural

so i dyed it like white blonde

clearly bleached and fake, but people like it :)

and its really dramatic

so it depends on what you want to do

just be careful though, my hair feels like straw its so fryed by now ;) haha :) im fifteen and i've been highlighting/dying my hair for 7 years now. And its so dry. Highlights don't do nearly as much damage as dying does. But I like the look of dyed hair :)

Don't dye it all blonde. It will ruin your hair, make it dry and damaged and also will grow out and look ugly with roots showing through. (Re-dying would be a pain aswell). I have dark brown hair with blonde underneath. I have layered hair with thick chunks of blonde. It looks really nice, especially when its straightened. And it doesn't show the roots. I was told it looked like extensions once as it looked so neat, but its my real hair =)

just do highlights, if u do it all youll look like alot of people who dye their hair blond and it looks SOO FAKE

I LUV ur hair!!! if you really want a change, though... i suggest dirty blonde highlights so they pop, but dont overpower the brown!!!
