you could try the facial bleach people use on their moustaches.. its great for arm hair.. my best friend does it!

i wuldnt recommend hair dye.. it irritates skin.. use the facial hair bleach because its alot safer, and kinder to skin!

umm why would you wanna do that, so you can look like a skunk when it grows out? lol try trimming it with scissors?

maybe try tanning? if your skin is light, darkening it up might help blend the hair in, or it might even lighten the hair up a bit.
