I have 2 recommendations. 1: Joico's Nucleic Pak - moisturizing reconstrutor. five mins. on towel dried hair once a week. 2: Joico's K-pak - reconstructor- same instructions. and always use a leave in conditioner on color treated hair. a really good conditionre is CHI its a bit expensive but works great and leave it in your hair for 5 minutes for the best results i would know im a model and i had to take a hair class!

I only use Mane 'n Tail Shampoo and Conditioner, and I also use L'Oreal Vive, which is smooth intense anti-frizz serum to cut down on split ends. My hair is very healthy. From time-to-time, I will leave Mane 'n Tail Conditioner in my hair with a plastic bag on my head all day (and sometimes all night) for deep conditioning. Then I just rinse it out.
